3. 1-Year Labor Warranty Policy
Absolutely Construction Maintenance LLC guarantees all workmanship performed by our crew under a 1-year labor warranty starting from the date of final project completion and homeowner sign-off. This warranty covers labor defects in drywall, framing, tile installation, exterior siding, and concrete flatwork. It does not cover normal wear and tear, acts of God, structural settling beyond contractor control, or homeowner abuse. Material warranties are governed by respective manufacturers (e.g., roofing shingles, fiber cement siding).
